Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、各容器内に配置へしたピストン棒によって軸
線方向に移動できる押出ピストンをもった少なくとも2
個のお互に分離した?は漸に入ったパテ状又はペースト
状の多成分−材料の配量放出用手動装置に関するもので
ある。
硬化時間が短いこと、強さが高いこと等の特性があるた
め、多成分−材料は技術のいろいろな利用分野で大量に
使用されている。
多成分−材料の加工装置は単成分−月料の加工装置より
も費用がかかる構造を有する。例えば1つづつ成分を受
入れるために設けた各容器に対して夫々1つのピストン
棒が押出ピストンをffl+ WO方向に移動させるの
に必要である。ピストン棒の送りは通常、ピストン棒に
作用する送り駆動装置を用いて行なわれる。他方のピス
トン棒に同じ運動をさせるためには、このピストン俸全
第−のピストン棒とウェブ金柑いて連結することが知ら
れている。
粘性材料の場合他方のピストン棒に伝えるべき送り力は
ピストン棒の変形、それ故全送り機構のロッキングが起
る程の大きさになる。これを避けるために同時にすべて
のピストン棒に掛合する送!ll駆動装置1tが知られ
ている。この装置によればいろいろなピストン+’t’
 をお互に連結する必要がない。
送り駆動装置にその都度ピストン棒の比較的小さな部分
行程のみが可能であるので、送り駆動装置はピノトン(
ヤとの掛合を外すことができまた後で掛合できることが
必要である。送り庫動装道金後で掛合させる間ピストン
棒の押戻し、それ故容器内に生じた超過圧力の減少を避
けるために、戻り市め奮備える。この戻り止めはピスト
ン棒の1つとノド、結(〜ていて、ピストン棒の送りは
可能にするが、戻り行程は可lヒにしない。しかし他の
ピストン棒が押戻されないようにするためには、ピスト
ン棒はウェブを月1いてお互に連結する必要がある。し
か17この場合大きな力がウェブを介して伝えられなけ
ればならないので、この場合にもピストン棒のロッキン
グが起ることになる。
不発明に、個々のピストン棒の戻り行程を簡単な、故I
章無しの手法によって阻止する多11■分−Hオー1の
配!・を放出用手動装置を1に供すること金1−1的と
する。
本発明によれrfl ピストン棒が1つづつ戻すイーr
程を阻止するIFめがねを備えることによって上記目的
を達成することができる。
以下、本発明全図示の実/ri1i fl、lにツ1、
づき詳述する。
第1図に示す装置は側方に4tFpla金もつハウジン
グ]からなる。ハウジングJ内にはおIjに分離した成
分全入れる容器2,3ケ配置々する。容器2.3の出口
開口(佳オリフィス部片4・に接続する。
オリフィス部片4・は前記成分全集合させてお互にY1
15台する?昆合チャンバ5に連結する。容器t2,3
1/:lには押出ピストン6.7ケ佃I脚方向に移動i
’]’ 81’;に設ける。押出ピストン6.7の杉、
動け2個のピストン棒8,9によって行なゎゼアる。ピ
ストン棒8.9はハウジング1内に設けた手動レバー1
゜を用いて作動させることができる。手動レバー1()
に軸1】の1わりに回動自在に支承され、捩りばね12
(Cよって図示の位置に保持する。手動レバー10は継
ぎ&]3を介して、既知の詳細には示していない伝動装
置14と連結する。

れる。手動レバー10を解放した後この手動レバーは継
ぎ板13及び伝動装置14.と共に捩りばね]2によっ

ピストン棒8.りと噛合った2個の止めがね1 [i 
、 + 7はウェブ15に回動自在に取付けられる。止
めがね1.6 、 ] 7は伝動装置]4.の後ろに掛
合した際ピストン棒8,9の戻り行程を阻止する。止め
がね]、 6 、1.7は圧力ばね]8によりピストン
棒8,9との掛合を維持せしめられる。]9で示す解放
部材はIEめがね:t、 6 、 ]−7と接続して1
いる。
第2a図、第2b図に示す如く、解放部杓]9は2個の
作11j17アーム3. S)a f:もつ。第2a図
に示す作動されていない解放部材19は止めがね16゜
17を介して圧2ノばね18に′よって図示の位置に。

放は作動アーム19aの一万によVがC放部材]9を作
動させて行なわれる。その際+)−めがね1G。

回動して、ピストン棒8,9との掛合を外される。
第11g1に示す如く、止めがね]、 6 、17 k
j自出端を解放部月19に掛合させている片腕レバーと
して形成する。止めがねの支点はピスト・ン棒8゜9の
間に置くことができる。この場合ピストン棒8.9の外
に掛合する解放部材はそれ相応に形成しなければならな
い。

    状の多成分−材料の配量放出用手動装置kにおいて、ピ
    ストンn(8゜り)が夫々戻9行程を阻止する止めがね
    (1(+ 、 17 )をもつことを特徴とする手動装
    置fi。 λ %Vf請求の範囲1記載の装置において、止めがね
    (16,17)を解放するため、各止めがね(16、1
    ,7)に掛合する解放部材(19)を備えることを特徴
    とする装置。 & 特許訂f求のf(i2囲2記載の装置において、各
    止めがね(16,17)は自由端が解放部材(J9)に
    掛合した片腕レバーとして形成されることを特徴とする
