Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ケーシングおよびケーシング内のフィルタ要素からなり
    、このフィルタ要素が多数の孔を有する孔板として形成
    した支持体を有し、この支持体はろ過する流体を孔を介
    して第１方向に通過させ、洗浄液を第１方向と反対の第
    ２方向に通過させ、１５７７ＥＩ７１を超える長さの多
    数のモツプ状繊維によって形成されたろ材が孔板によっ
    て支持され、それゆえ繊維の大部分はろ過する流体が第
    １方向に流れる間、流体の作用によって板に押付けられ
    、流体が通過する間に汚染粒子を除去するマットを形成
    し、次に流体は孔板の孔を通過し、洗浄液が孔板の孔を
    通って第２方向に流れる際、繊維は洗浄液の作用下に孔
    板から立上り、洗浄液によってマットが破壊され、洗浄
    液によって付着していた汚染物が繊維から除去され、フ
    ィルタ要素が再生さ＝（ れることを特徴とする液体およびガスをろ過する装置。
