Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は山道に使用する踏段に係るものである。
従来、山道に使用した踏段は杭と土砂の間に土砂受板を
置き杭と土砂で土砂受板を挟持させて固定しただけのも
のであったから、降雨や地くずれによって土砂が流出し
たり欠潰したりして土砂受板が土砂と一諸に崩解する欠
点があった。
本考案は係る問題点を鑑み、土砂受板を１型に形成して
踏板と土砂受板を併用させ、又外側にいぼ状の突起を多
数設けて滑べり止めとし、更に釘を打ち込んで土砂受け
の板を杭へ固定せしめて堅牢にしたものである。
今、本考案の一実施例を図面に附き説明すれば下記の通
りである。
図中１は１型に成型した合成樹脂製の土砂受板で、外側
二面にいぼ状の滑り止め２が多数突設しである。
３は合成樹脂製の杭で下端を鋭利に成型して、土砂４中
へ打ち込んであり、上端は平面状に成型し、その上には
前記土砂受板１を冠着しである。
５は固定用の釘で、土砂受板１から杭３まで打ち込んで
土砂受板１を杭３に固定しである。
尚、］型の土砂受板１の上面は踏板の役目を果している
。
本考案は上記の様に構成されているので、山道に本考案
品を使用する時はまず山道に杭３を所望の位置まで打ち
込んで、その上部に］型の土砂受板１を冠着し上部から
杭３へ達する釘５を打込んで土砂受板１を杭３へ固定す
ると共に土砂４を盛って土砂受板１を杭３と土砂４で挾
持固定して山道に所望の数の踏段を形成するものである
。
本考案品の材料には再製された合成樹脂を用いているの
で価格は安く均一な製品を得ることが出来るものである
から、省エネの政策にも適合し廃物公害をも解決出来る
ものである。
又、木製品や金属製品のように腐蝕する虞れもなくコン
クリート製品の様に破損することもないので、長期に亙
り使用することが出来るので山道に使用する踏段として
大きな実用的効果を発揮するものである。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）横列に打ち込んだ複数個の合成樹脂製の杭の上端
    に１型の合成樹脂製の土砂受板を展装し固定してなる山
    道に於ける踏段。
  2. （２）１型の土砂受板の外側二面にいぼ状の滑止めを多
    数突設した実用新案登録請求の範囲第一項記載の山道に
    於ける踏段。
