Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の属する技術分野〕 本発明は、少なくとも一部分絶縁材料からなる帽状体と
、帽状体中に突出する接続導体と、ばね系と、据え付は
面への係止のための所定の固定具とを備えた平形素子用
の加圧装置に関する。。
〔従来技術とその問題点〕
上記のような加圧装置は１例えば西ドイツ国特許出願公
開第２３５１６３７号に記載されている。この加圧装置
は絶縁材料からなる帽状体を有し、その中に平形素子、
接続導体および接続導体と平形素子の間の圧力を調整す
るばね系が入れられている。平形素子、接続導体および
力がかからないばね系からなる積層体は、加圧されたと
きの帽状体内部空間の高さより高い。据え付けのために
帽状体の外面に金属の押圧板が載せられ、それを介して
帽状体か冷却体に対して加圧され、ばね系が締め付けら
れる。その場合、ばね系の縁は蓋体の閉じた側に支えら
れる。この機械的な応力が帽状体の堅固な形成を必要と
する。
〔発明の目的〕
本発明は前記の加圧装置の簡単化を目的とする。
〔発明の要点〕
本発明は次の点を特徴とする。
帽状体が枠体を持ち、枠体が片側で蓋体によって覆われ
、蓋体が弾性絶縁材料から成り、ばね系が板ばねから成
り、板ばねが蓋体上の外側に少なくともほぼ中央で載っ
ており、固定具が板ばねに対する支持部を形成し、接続
導体が蓋体に内側で接する。
本発明の発展では、板ばねが蓋体な完全に覆い。
板ばねの縁が蓋体および枠体の縁とそろえるように区切
られ、あるいは接続導体は平形素子に対する芯合わせピ
ンを有する。
〔発明の実施例〕
本発明を第１図および第２図に関して一実施例を引用し
て説明する。
（３） 加圧装置の主要構成要素は１例えばエポキシ樹脂からな
る開口した絶縁物枠体１である。絶縁物枠体１は片側で
同様に絶縁材料からなる弾性蓋体２で覆われている。材
料としては１例えばガラス繊維強化エポキシ樹脂が取り
上げられる。蓋体２の上に、ばね鋼から製作されること
が有効である板ばね３が載る。これは加えられるべき接
触圧力に応じてｌおよび２踵の間の厚さを有する。板ば
ねは軽く湾曲しており、蓋体２の上に少なくともほぼ中
央で載る。ばねのたわみは蓋の縁において。
例えば０．５ないし１期にあるのがよい。
絶縁物枠体の内部に平形素子４が入っており。
それは片側で据え付は板７９例えば冷却体と接触してい
る。平形素子４の他側は蓋体に接し、枠体１から導出さ
れている接続導体５と接触している。
例えば１０ないし１５　Ｎ／ｍＡの必要な接触圧の調整
のために、ねじ６を締め、ばね３を蓋体２に平らに当て
る。それにより板ばね３の上述の成形に基づいて、接続
導体５と平形素子４の一面との間の。
また平形素子４と冷却体７どの間の必要な接触圧（４） が調整される。蓋体３は弾性をもつように形成されてい
るから、絶縁枠体１には機械的にごく僅か力が加わるｉ
こすぎない。
図には板ばね３が蓋体２および枠体１とそろえるように
区切られていることが示されている。しかし、ばね３が
より狭く９例えば平形素子４の上の接触面の直径と同じ
幅だけに作成されてもよい。
この場合には、場合により枠体の形状を変化させること
により他の固定形態も選択される。枠体１中での平形素
子４の側方へのずれを防ぐために。
接続導体５に平形素子４の芯合わせ孔に嵌まり込む芯合
せ突起８を備えることが勧められる。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明は平形素子と接続導体あるいは据え付は板との加
圧接触のための圧力を、据え付は面上の素子にかぶせら
れる帽状体の中に入れられたばね系によらないで、絶縁
物枠体１と弾性蓋体からなる帽状体の外側に置いた板ば
ねにより蓋体な介して帽状体中の接続導体および平形素
子に加えるものである。従って枠体にはばね圧力が加わ
らない（５） ので、堅固な構造が不要になり、相対的に安価に平形素
子用の加圧装置を製作することが可能になる。

    れ、蓋体が弾性を有しかつ絶縁材料からなり、ばね系が
