    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超音波映像装置に用いられるリニアアレイ型超音波探触
    子において、走査方向に複数個配列される振動子を、厚
    み方向について幅の異なる振動子群の繰返し配列で構成
    し、診断深さが遠距離になるほど前記振動子の厚み方向
    の幅の広いものを選択して使用し得るようにしたことを
    特徴とするリニアアレイ型超音波探触子。
