Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）バッキング材に貼付けた圧電素子を複数個の振動
    子に分割した構造を有し、上記圧電素子の上面に１ケ所
    または数ケ所で分割されたガラスからなる第１の音響整
    合層を貼合せ、かつその第１の音響整合層上に第２の音
    響整合層を貼合せてなる超音波探触子。
  2. （２）第１の音響整合層を分割する分割溝の巾を圧電素
    子を複数個の振動子に分割する分割中よりも狭くしてな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の超音波探触
    子。
