    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送波専用超音波振動子と、その送波面を除く外面に配し
    た音波反射層とを絶縁ケース内に液密的に被覆してなる
    ものにおいて、前記絶縁ケースの振動子の送波面を被覆
    する層内に高分子圧電材料もしくは高分子複合物圧電材
    料よりなるシート状圧電素子を受波専用として設けたこ
    とを特徴とする超音波送受波器。
