    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 有底筒状をなす振動ケースの底部を音波送受部としてそ
    の内面に圧電素子を貼着してなるものにおいて、前記振
    動ケースを底部と円筒側部とに分割すると共に底部を発
    泡性プラスチック材料で製し、円筒側部を前記底部より
    音響インピーダンスの大きい材料で製したことを特徴と
    する超音波セラミックセンサ。
