    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１） 圧電振動素子をこの圧電振動素子より大径の
    第１の振動板に貼付け、前記圧電振動素子の少なくとも
    前面若しくは背面側に音響的密封空間を形成するように
    第２の振動板を前記第１の振動板に取付けてなることを
    特徴とする圧電振動装置。
  2. （２）密封空間内に圧電振動素子を配置した実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電振動装置。
  3. （３）密封空間が多層に形成されてなる実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の圧電振動装置。
