Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. それぞれの共振周波数が同一のホーンとコーン及び振動
    子を直列に一体に結合して構成された超音波振動子にお
    いて、コーンと振動子とが接合する端面側に、共振周波
    数を変えることなくコーンの一部を適宜厚さを有する絶
    縁セラミックに置き換えて配設し、該絶縁セラミツ゛り
    の両面はそれぞれコーンと振動子の端面に接着されて構
    成されたことを特徴とする絶縁型超音波振動子。
