Claims (12)
- 交流電圧を機械的な超音波振動に変換するための変換器(1)と、前記変換器(1)に振動するように結合されたソノトロードと、を有する超音波振動ユニットであって、
前記ソノトロード及び前記変換器(1)は、固有振動数fで前記超音波振動ユニットが振動できるようにお互いに調和して、少なくとも1つの振動節と少なくとも2つの振動腹とを有する垂直縦波が前記超音波振動ユニット内に生じる超音波振動ユニットにおいて、
結合要素(3)を介して前記超音波振動ユニットに接続する減衰振動吸収ユニット(2)を備え、
前記結合要素(3)は振動節において前記超音波振動ユニットに接続し、前記振動吸収ユニット(2)は前記振動吸収ユニット(2)の振動を減衰させるように設計された減衰要素(4)に接続する、ことを特徴とする超音波振動ユニット。 - 前記減衰要素(4)は前記振動吸収ユニット(2)とは異なる材料を具備し、好ましくは前記減衰要素(4)はエラストマーを具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記減衰要素(4)は該減衰要素(4)が前記振動吸収ユニット(2)と接触する接触面を有し、該接触面は、2cm2よりも大きいことが好ましく、10cm2よりも大きいことが特に好ましく、20cm2よりも大きいことが最も好ましい、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記減衰要素(4)は、前記接触面を介して前記振動吸収ユニット(2)に力を作用させるように構成され、
好ましくは前記減衰要素(4)は前記接触面を介して、前記振動吸収ユニット(2)に向かう方向において力を作用させる、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波振動ユニット。 - 前記振動吸収ユニット(2)の質量は、前記超音波振動ユニットの質量の、10%未満、好適には1%と8%との間、更に最も好適には3と5%との間、にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記減衰要素(4)は、前記振動吸収ユニット(2)を、5%と50%との間の、及び好適には7.5%と20%との間の、減衰度で減衰するように構成及び配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記結合要素(3)は前記変換器(1)に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記変換器(1)は円筒形形状の外面を有し、
前記結合要素(3)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記変換器(1)の前記円筒形形状の外面に接続する、フランジの形態であり、
好ましくは前記フランジは前記変換器(1)に一体的に接続する、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の超音波振動ユニット。 - 前記振動吸収ユニット(2)は、前記ソノトロードから離れた端部において前記変換器(1)を囲む変換器ハウジング(2)の形態であり、
好ましくは前記変換器ハウジング(2)はハウジング底部と円筒形ハウジング壁とを有し、
前記円筒形ハウジング壁は前記結合要素(3)に接続する、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の超音波振動ユニット。 - 前記減衰要素(4)は前記変換器ハウジング(2)を取り囲む、スリーブの形態であり、
好ましくは前記減衰要素(4)は前記変換器ハウジング(2)に力を作用させるように弾性的に付勢される、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の超音波振動ユニット。 - 前記減衰要素(4)は、前記変換器ハウジング(2)内に配置され、そして接触面全体にわたって前記変換器ハウジング(2)に接続するか、又はクランプ要素により前記振動吸収ユニット(2)に対して押圧されるかの何れかである、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の超音波振動ユニット。
- 前記クランプ要素は円錐形の外部輪郭を有し、エラストマーを具備する減衰要素は対応する円錐形の内部輪郭を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の超音波振動ユニット。
