Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧電磁器板を２枚貼り合わせて構成したバイモルフ振動
    子の透孔に結合軸を固定し、その結合軸に円錐状共振子
    を附加してなる複合共振子を、端□　子板中央部の環状
    支持部に弾性接着剤を介して固定し、前記端子板中央部
    の挿通孔にシールド線を゛　挿入固定するとともにその
    シールド線を前記バイモルフ振動子のリード線に電気的
    に接続し、さらに前記複合共振子及び端子板をケース内
    に収納してなる超音波セラミックマイクロホン。
