表面図、第５図は他′の実施例を示す表面図である。 １０は圧電振動子板、１１は圧電セラミック、１２は表
面電極、１３は裏面電極、１４は折返し電極、１５は金
属板、１６．１７はリード線である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属振動板に圧電振動板が貼り合わされた圧電、　振動
    子において、折返し電極が、圧電振動板の側面を通して
    表裏両面にのびるようにかつ表裏面電極とは電気的に絶
    縁して形成され、この圧電振動板の裏面側が金属振動板
    に貼り合わされて裏面電極と折返し電極とが電気的に導
    通され、圧電振動板の表面側における電極からリードが
    導出されたことを特徴とする圧電振動子。
