    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両面に電極を有する圧電材の一方の電極を金属材料より
    なる振動基板にはりつけて構成した圧電振動子において
    、前記振動基板上の前記圧電材が、　はりつけられた部
    分以外の面の少くとも一部に絶縁層が設けられ、前記圧
    電材の前記一方の電極と異なる他方の電極の面から前記
    絶縁層上まで導電層が設けられていることを特徴とする
    圧動振動子。
