    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）圧電基板上に弾性表面波用電極を形成した特性の
    異なる弾性表面波素子を複数備えてなる弾性表面波装置
    において、前記複数の弾性表面波素子が、支持板の対向
    主面にその支持板を挾むように背中合せに固着されてな
    ることを特徴とする弾性表面波装置。
  2. （２）　　支持板がシールド板からなることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の弾性表面波装置
    。
