  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　圧電板素子と圧電板素子とで構成される圧電バイモ
    ルフ素子において、一方の圧電板素子には両面電極を形
    成し、他方の圧電板素子の少なくとも片面には櫛形電極
    を形成したことを特徴とする圧電バイモルフ素子。 ２　上記他方の圧電板素子の外側の面に櫛形電極を形成
    してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電バイ
    モルフ素子。 ３　上記圧電板素子間に絶縁性弾性板を挾んで構成し、
    該絶縁性弾性板に電極引き出し用のリード電極を形成し
    た実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧電バイモルフ
    素子。
