じく分解斜視図であ　　　゛る。 １：圧電素子板、４：基板、５：保持部材、６：下部リ
ード端子板、７：上部リード端子板、６１゜７１：輪形
枠状部、６２．　７２：舌片、６３．　７３：外部回路
接続用リード片。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板と、基板に取付けた一対のリード端子板と、該リー
    ド端子板に支持された圧電たわみ振動子とで構成される
    超音波送受波器において、上記各リード端子板は、上記
    基板に植込まれた端子棒部とその上端に設けた枠状部と
    を有するように、弾性金属材料で形成されており、該一
    対のリード端子板の該枠状部は互に対向するとともに、
    それぞれ互の方向に延在する舌片を備えており、該舌片
    が上記圧電たわみ振動子の両面の電極にその振動の節の
    点でそれぞれはんだ付けされ、これにより圧電振動子の
    支持とリード端子への電気的接続とが、同時に達成きれ
    ていることを特徴とした超音波送受波器。
