表裏両面にのびるようにかつ表裏面電極とは電気的に絶
縁して形成され、この圧電振動板の裏面側が金属振動板
に貼り合わされて裏面電極と折返し電極とが電気的に導
通され、圧電振動板の表面側における電極からリードが
導出されたことを特徴とする圧電振動子。In a piezoelectric vibrator in which a piezoelectric diaphragm is bonded to a metal diaphragm, folded electrodes are formed so as to extend through the sides of the piezoelectric diaphragm to both the front and back sides, and are electrically insulated from the front and back electrodes.
