表裏両面にのびるようにかつ表裏面電極とは電気的に絶
縁して形成され、この圧電振動板の裏面側が金属振動板
に貼り合わされて裏面電極と折返し電極とが電気的に導
通され、圧電振動板の表面側における電極からリードが
