Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）音響吸音材上に凹面曲率をもった超音波振動子が
    配置された超音波プローブにおいて、該超音波振動子は
    長手方向に階段的に又は連続的に凹面曲率の異なる振動
    子面を有することを特徴とする超音波プローブ。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載のプローブに
    おいて、異なる凹面曲率が階段的に変化する振動子面の
    境界部には接合溝が設けられており、該接合溝には接合
    材が充填され前記境界部が滑面に形成されていることを
    特徴とする超音波プローブ。
