・・・円筒形の筒、・９・・・ホーン、９ａ・・・喉部

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）円形で超音波振動子の振動面前部とほぼ同じ大き
    さの喉部と、円形で前記喉部より大きな開口部とを有す
    るホーンを備えた空中超音波送受波器において、超音波
    振動子の振動面前部とホーンの喉部との間に、前記喉部
    とほぼ同じ直径を有し、空中音波長に対して約１波長の
    長さを有する円筒形の筒を設けたことを特徴とする空中
    超音波送受波器。
  2. （２）ホーンの長さを空中音波長に対して約９波長とし
    、開口部の直径を約７波長とした実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の空中超音波送受波器。
  3. （３）ホーンの長さを空中音波長に対して約１１波長と
    し、開口部の直径を約８波長とした実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の空中超音波送受波器。
