Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ((イ)産業上の利用分野 本発す]は合成樹II!成型体の接着方法の改善に関す
るものである。
(a)従来方法 従来、2色成型方法、即ち例えば1已目のアクリル樹脂
等を射出成型し、その樹脂が固まる前に2色目の樹脂を
再び射出成型する方法では2色の成型体it比較的良好
に接合される。一方このようにして成型された第1と第
2の成型体の中に中空を設けて2さ、その中空に第12
よび第2成型体とは異なる材質のインサート片?挿入し
、第1と第2成型体を互に重ね合わせて超音波溶接する
と、超音波の振動により第1と第2成型体の接合部にヒ
ビ割が生じ、その接合部から分離されることがあル、こ
のような不良が多い場合には全体の1〜5割にも連する
ことがあった。
(ハ)  目  ロリ 本発明)ま合1Z12樹脂成型体を虫ねて超音波溶接す
る際、上述の如き不良の発生を解決できる接着方法を提
供せんとするものである。
に)構成 本発明は第1と躬2合成樹脂成′細体の間にインサート
片を挿入し℃該第1と第2合成樹脂成型体を超音波溶接
する際、tjiia己第1と第2合成樹脂成型体の当接
面に予め接着剤?r:塗布した扱、前記第1と第2合成
樹脂成型体を溶接すること馨特倣とする合成樹脂成型体
の接着方法を提供するものである。
(ホ)実施例 第1図および第2図と共に本発明について脱明する。(
1)および[2J#第12よび第2合成樹脂成型体であ
シ、透明アクリル樹脂部(Ia)(2a)2よび有色ア
クリル柚脂部(1bJ、(2bJからな9ている。そし
て第1合成樹脂成型体山には突出枠(3)が設けられ、
第2合成樹脂成型体[2Jには塩化ビニールよりなるホ
ログラム板(4)を挿入するための凹欠部(5)が設け
られている。f6J f77は利料を節約するための凹
陥部である。
超音波による溶着に先立ち、先ず、アクリル樹脂をメチ
ルエチルケトン等の溶剤で溶かし北接着剤を合成樹脂成
型体fil(2)の当接面[F’)(FOに塗布し、ホ
ログラム板14] fa:第2合成樹脂成型体(2ンの
凹欠部(5)に挿入し、前記当接面0(八を当接して接
着剤にて接着した後、超音波で溶着する。
(へ)効果 本発明はこのように第1および第2台Fy?、樹脂成型
体の当接面に接着剤を塗布して、画成型体を接合した後
、超音波溶接をするので、たとえインサート片が超音波
により振動しても接着剤により予め接着されているので
、超音波による溶着により更に両者の接着が増頻される
ことにより、合成樹脂成型体がよシ一層強固に接着され
ることになる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)第1と第2合成樹脂成型体の間にインサート片を
    挿入して該第1と第2合成1M詣成型体を超音波溶接す
    る際、前記第1と第2合成樹脂成型体の当接面に予め接
    着剤を塗布した後、前記第1と第2合成樹脂成型体を溶
    接することt特徴とする合成樹脂成型体の接着方法。
