【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は少なくとも2枚の通しプレートがウェブによっ
て互いに連結されていることから成る合成樹脂製ウェブ
プレートを含む複合プレートに関する。
種々の用途向けの合成樹脂製ウェブプレートがすでに公
知である。プレート間に配置されるウェブについては、
プレートに対して90度または90度とは異なる角度に
整列させることが提案されている。さらにに重つェブプ
レートならびに多重ウェブグレート、すなわち何枚かの
プレートがウェブによって互いに連結しているようなプ
レートも公知である。一般に、このようなウェブプレー
トは熱可塑性合成樹脂材によって製造される。
熱硬化性合成樹脂からの製造も原則的には可能であるが
、この場合には型に注入した後、硬化に必要な時間、型
を加熱し続けなければならない。
このような合成樹脂ウェブプレートをガラス層と組合わ
せて、一種の複合ガラスにすることも公知である。本発
明の対象は最初に述べた種類の複合プレートであり、ウ
ェブプレートがその両面のうちの少なくとも片面にウェ
ブプレートの合成樹脂材とは異なる合成樹脂製の補強層
を備えること;ウェブプレートと補強層との間に接着を
媒介する調整層を特に有すること;およびウェブプレー
ト内の空隙が場合によっては合成樹脂発泡体で充填され
ていることを特徴とするものである。
本発明の目的は、透明または半透明の合成樹脂材から成
るウェブ・プレートを含む、特にガラスハウジング、ガ
ラス屋根、ガラス円蓋用の被覆プレートを使用に供する
ことである。本発明によると、このような複合プレート
の補強層はウェブプレート材自体よりも大きな表面硬度
を有するものでなければならない。補強層は長期間光の
照射を受けた後の被覆の変色を避けるために、特に高い
紫外線安定性を有する。このような補強層によって、ポ
リカーボネート製ウェブプレートから成る公知のガラス
ハウジング被穆は明らかに改良される。この種の複合プ
レートはウェブプレートを補強層及び場合によっては設
ける調整層と共に押出し成形することによって、特に良
好に製造することができる。
本発明の特に望ましい実施態様によると、上述の目的の
複合プレートはポリカーボネート製ウェブプレート、ポ
リアクリレート製またはポリメタアクリレート製補強層
及びプリエチレン製調整層から成るものである。
アクリルポリマ一層は表面層の紫外線安定性を高めると
同時に、表面の高い耐引っかき性を保証する。公知のポ
リカーボネート製ウェブプレートの「老化」をこのアク
リルポリマ一層によって阻止することができる。
ガラスハウジング被僚等を製造する場合罠は、光透過性
が不利に影響されることのないように、当然ウェブグレ
ートのウェブ間の空隙を発泡体で満たさない。
特にガラス円蓋等に用いるような、わん曲した屋根部分
を製造するためには、ウェブグレートが成形可能な熱可
塑性樹脂から成る場合には、熱間で任意の形状にするこ
とができる0 このようなプレートを種々な用途の建材として、特に保
温材として使用するためには、ウェブ間の空隙に発泡体
を充填することができる。ウェブプレート空隙の発泡体
充填は複合プレートの押出し成形と同時に、合目的に行
うことができる。
本発明の特別な態様として、このような複合プレート自
体を熱間で変形させることによってわん曲した成形体を
製造することが挙げられる。この場合に、ウェブプレー
トは熱可塑性合成樹脂、特にポリスチレン(PS)、低
圧ポリエチレン(NDPE)、アクリロニトリル−ブタ
ノエン−スチレンコポリマー(ABS)またはポリプロ
ピレン(pp)から成り、補強層はポリカーボネー)(
PC)から成る。補強層の上には、繊維材への接着媒介
体として役立つ層が特に設げられる。
こ、f)iはエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマー(EVA
)から成るのが望ましく、加熱すると軟化して、こめ層
の上に場合によっては備えられている繊、紐材と結合す
る。このような複合プレート、を適当に切断することに
よって、特に椅子座板または椅子の背のような家具部品
を簡単かつ迅速に製造することができる。この目的のた
めには、ウェブプレートのウェブ間の空隙がポリスチレ
ン発泡体またはポリウレタン発泡体で充填されているよ
うな複合プレートが選ばれる。
本発明による複合プレートの構造を添付図面に図示する
第1図によると、ウェブプレート1はウェブによって互
いに連結した、2枚のプレートから成っている。このウ
ェブプレートの片面には補強層2が備えられ、ウェブプ
レートと補強層の間には調整層3が設けられている。外
側に積層したこのような面を持つことによって、不発明
妊よる複合プレートはガラスハウジングの被覆として用
いられる。多重ウェブプレートが使用可能であることは
自明のことであり、ウェブプレートの両面に補強層を設
けることが可能であることも同様に自明のことである。
第Ω図では、ウェブプレートの片面の補強層2の上に、
繊維材5−への接着媒介層4が設けられている。この図
では、ウェア″グレート内の空隙6が合成樹脂発泡体に
よって充填されている。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)  少なくともコ枚の通しグレートがウェブによ
    って互いに連結されている合成樹脂製のウェブプレート
    を含む複合プレートにおいて:ウエブプレート1がその
    両面のうちの少なくとも片面で、前記ウェブプレートの
    合成樹脂材とは異なる合成樹脂製の補強層2と結合して
    いること; 前記ウェブプレートlと前記補強層2との間に、接着を
    媒介する調整層3が特に設けられていること:および 前記ウェブプレート1内の空隙6が場合によっては合成
    樹脂発泡体により充填されていることを特徴とする複合
    プレート。
  2. (2)透明または半透明の合成樹脂製ウェブプレートに
    よる、ガラスハウジング等の被覆として用いるための複
    合プレートにおいて: 補強層2が前記ウェブプレート材よりも表面硬度の大き
    い、透明から半透明までの合成樹脂から成り、紫外線安
    定性の高いものであることを特徴とする複合プレート。
  3. (3)  ウェブプレート1がポリカーボネートから成
    り、補強層2がポリアクリレートまたはポリメタアクリ
    レートから成り、調整層3がポリエチレンから成ること
    を特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1]Jjまたは第2項に
    記載の複合グレート。
  4. (4)  ウェブプレート1が特にポリスチレン、アク
    リo = ) リルーブタジエンースチレンコポリマー
    、低圧ポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレンのような熱可
    塑性合成樹脂から成り、補強層2がポリカーボネートか
    ら成り、特に前記補強層2の上に繊維材5−5の接着媒
    介体として役立つ、特にエチレン−酢酸ビニルコポリマ
    ーから成る層が設けられてあり、かつウェブ間の空隙6
    がポリスチレン発泡体またはポリウレタン発泡体によっ
    て特に充填されていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲
    第1項記載の複合グレート。
  5. (5)  ウェブグレートを補強層及び場合によっては
    設ける調整層と共に押出し成形し、ウェブプレート内の
    空隙も場合によっては同時に発泡体で充填することを特
    徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項から第7項までのいずれ
    か7項に記載の複合プレートの製造方法。
  6. (6)特にガラス円蓋等に用いるわん曲したプレートの
    熱開成形による製造に用いる、特許請求の範囲第2項ま
    たは第3項に記載の複合プレートの用途。
  7. (7)特に繊維制によって被覆されたわん曲成形体の熱
    開成形による製造をするために1特許請求の範囲第7項
    に記載の複合プレートの使用。
