Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 互いのドレインが共通接続された相補型のエンハンスメ
    ント電界効果トランジスタと、前記トランジスタの一方
    のゲートを入力とし前記ドレイン共通接続点を出力とす
    るインバータ回路であって、前記トランジスタの他方の
    ソースに回路電源が、またそのゲートには前記回路電源
    電圧の分圧電圧が夫々印加されてなり、前記分圧電圧を
    発生する手段は、前記回路電源間において直列接続され
    た複数の電界効果トランジスタを有し、これらトランジ
    スタの各々はゲートとドレインが共通接続されており、
    これらトランジスタの直列接続点の１つから前記分圧電
    圧が導出されているとともに、−前記分圧電圧の発生を
    外部制御信号によりオンオ゛フ可能とする外部制御端子
    を有することを特徴とするインバータ回路。
