    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源とグランドとの間に直列に接続され、第１のトラン
    ジスタのドレインと第２のトランジスタのソースとが接
    続され、前記接続点を出力端子とするエンハンスメント
    型ＭＯＳトランジスタ対と、前記第１、第２のトランジ
    スタを高インピーダンスに制御する制御回路とを具備し
    、前記制御回路は、前記第１、第２のトランジスタを高
    インピーダンスに制御するタイミングと前記第１、第２
    のトランジスタを動作状態に制御するタイミングを異な
    らせる遅延回路を内蔵した事を特徴とする出″１“・
