    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力電圧が印加された第１のインバータと、前記入力電
    圧が印加され第１のインバータのスレッショルド電圧と
    異なるスレッショルド電圧を有する第２のインバータと
    、前記第１のインバータと第２のインバータとの出力が
    各々の入力に印加され、出力が共通に接続された第１及
    び第２のゲート回路と、該第１及び第２のゲート回路の
    出力を入力とし縦続接続された第３及び第４のインバー
    タとを備え、該第３及び第４のインバータの出力が、前
    記第１及び第２のゲート回路を相反した動作に制御して
    成るシュミット回路。
