Claims (3)
- (1)ペレット上に互いに離間したポンディングパッド
部と補助ポンディングパッド部を有し、金属細線を前記
ポンディングパッド部と補助ポンディングパッド部とに
接続したことを特徴とする半導体装置。 - (2)前記ポンディングパッド部は前記金属細線で完全
におおわれていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の半導体装置。 - (3) 前記ポンディングパッド部と前記補助ポンデ
ィングパッド部とはそれぞれの周辺端部が絶縁保護膜で
おおわれているごとを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項もしくは第2項記載の半導体装置。
