  1. 半導体集積回路（以下ＩＣと略す。）のパッケージのリ
    ード側面に近い位置にリード側面と平行に穴をあけ、こ
    の穴に導体を通し、かつこの導体がパッケージ内の配線
    に接触する様にして、ＩＣが静電気による破かいを防ぐ
    ようにしたことを壽徴とする半導体集積回路のパッケー
    ジ。
