り構成した固体撮像素子の実施例のブロック図およびタ
イムチャート、第５図は第２図〜第４図とは異なるイン
タレース回路により構成した固体撮像素子の実施例のブ
ロック図、また、第６図および第７図はそれぞれ第２図
および第３図に記載したインクレース回路の出力に電圧
上昇回路を接続した場合の固体撮像素子を示す実施例の

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 同一半導体基板上に２次元状に配列された光電変換素子
    、上記光電変換素子の選択を行なう水平および垂直スイ
    ッチの群、上記スイッチの開閉を行なう水平走査回路お
    よび垂直走査回路が集積化され、かつフィールド切換え
    パルスによりフィールド毎に異なる組合わせで同時に２
    水平走査線ずつの選択を行なうインクレース走査方式機
    能を有する固体撮像素子において、上記垂直走査回路を
    少なくとも２個有し、一つの垂直走査回路が所定の２水
    平走査線を一組として各組を順次選択し、もう一つの垂
    直走査回路が前記所定の水平走査線から垂直方向に１列
    ずれた２水平走査線を一組として各組を順次選択するこ
    とを特徴とする固体撮像素子。
