Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)被測定フィルムに赤外光を投射する赤外光源と、
    前記フィルムを透過した赤外光の参照波長と測定波長と
    を交互に検出部で受けてその光強度を電気信号に変換す
    る受光器とを備えた赤外線膜厚計において、前記赤外光
    源として、放射強度の方向分布特性が一様な赤外光源を
    フィルムチューブ内に同心的に配置し、この赤外光源と
    対向してフィルムチューブの外側に受光器を配置してな
    る赤外線膜厚計。
  2. (2)実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の赤外線膜厚
    計において、赤外光源はセラミックパイプの外周にシー
    ト状ヒータを巻着した棒状ヒータからなる赤外線膜厚計
  3. (3)実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の赤外線膜厚
    計において、赤外光源は螺旋状SiCヒータからなる赤
    外線膜厚計。
