Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は二分割袋に係り、水含有物に対しても脱酸素剤
の使用を可能にした多湿物保存袋に関するものである。
従来、脱酸素剤は固形物、ばら物等の内容物と一緒に収
納されていた。
そのため、水物や水分含有率の比較的高いものには使用
不可能であった。
本考案は従来のかかる欠点を除去するものである。
図により本考案の一実施例を説明すると、第１図は本考
案に係る多湿保存袋の側断面図であり、１は基材、２は
シーラント、３は微多孔膜フィルム、４は脱酸素剤を表
す。
基材１はポリアミド、ポリエステル、延伸ポリプロピレ
ン等の単体又は複合材のシーラント２側に塩化ビニリテ
゛ン樹脂をコートしてバリヤー性を付与したものからな
り、シーラント２はポリエチレン又はエチレン・酢酸ビ
ニル共重合体等からなる。
微多孔膜フィルむ３は透気度が非常に大で、透水度が実
質上等に近い程小で且つシーラント２と同系統の樹脂を
主成分としたものであり、本実施例においては積水化学
工業株式会社製の微多孔膜フィルムを用いている。
第２図は使用状態を表し、微多孔膜フィルム３により二
分割された袋内のうち脱酸素剤を収納しない方の側に水
分を含有する物品５を収納し、上部開口部をシールして
閉鎖したものである。
第３図は第２図の使用状態における平面図であって本実
施例に係る多湿物保存袋は所謂四方シール袋である。
本考案は上述の構成を有し、微多孔膜フィルむ３は透気
度が大であるため脱酸素剤４が袋内全体の酸素を吸収す
るため物品５の腐敗を完全に防止する一方、微多孔膜フ
ィルム３の透水度が殆んど完全に零に近い程極小である
ため物品５の水分が微多孔膜フィルム３を通して脱酸素
剤４を封入した側に浸入することを略完壁と言える程度
にまで防止し得、従って、脱酸素剤４が水分で濡れてし
まって使用不能となることがなく、多湿物の保存を完全
になしうるという顕著な効果を有する。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バリヤー性を有する袋内に疎水性徴多孔膜フィルム３に
    て隔壁を設け、該隔壁の一方に脱酸素剤４を封入してな
    る多湿物保存袋。
