Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は中空金属柱の外周面に溶接固着させ、足場ボル
トを取付ける為の取付金具に関する。
本考案はナツトの廻り止めと落下防止を図ると共に、溶
接線を縦方向に長くする事により強度の増加を図る事の
出来る足場ボルト取付金具を提供する事を目的とする。
以下図面に基づいて本考案を説明する。
第１図は本考案に係る足場ボルト取付金具を示し、ボル
ト孔２を有する前面垂直片３が略逆三角形になるよう両
側を曲折し、その自由端縁４ａ。
５ａが後記する金属柱外周面に合接するよう一双の側部
片４，５を形成すると共に、前記側部片の一方４を下方
に垂直に延設させ、該延設部分６に安全バンド留め金具
取付は孔７を設けである。
そして該延設部分６の自由端縁６ａは垂直に延設され、
金属柱外周面に合接するよう構成する。
尚、好ましくは足場ボルト１４固定に使用するナツトに
六角ナツトを使用する場合においては前記両側部片４，
５０交角を６０Ｋ、又四角ナツトを使用する場合には前
記交角を９０にする事により後記するナツト１２に足場
ボルト１４を螺着させる際廻り止めが確実になり、足場
ボルト１４の取付けが容易になる。
第２図は前記取付金具１の使用状態を示し、両側部片４
，５及び延設部分６の自由端縁を中空金属柱１１の外周
面に溶接固着し、ボルト孔２にナツト１２．１３を介し
て足場ボルト１４を貫挿挟着する一方、高所作業におい
て作業者の落下による事故を防ぐ為、作業者（図示せず
）を吊架した安全バンドの留め金具１５を取付孔７に取
付けている。
以上の記載より理解される如く、本考案はボルト孔を有
する前記垂直片が略逆三角形になるよう両側を曲折し、
その自由端縁が金属柱外周面に合接する如く形成し、側
部片が上方へ向は外開きになるよう形成されている為、
足場ボルト取付中ナツトが下に落ちる事なく又溶接作業
が容易である、更にナツト形状及びナツト辺長の大小に
限定される事なくナンド廻り止めの効果も併せ有す。
又本考案は側部片の自由端縁を金属柱外周面に合接する
よう形成すると共に、該側部片の一方を下方に延設させ
、該延設部分に安全バンド留め金具取付孔を穿設すると
共に、更にその自由端縁をも金属柱外周面に合接する如
く構成した為、金属柱外周面に溶接する際溶接線を長く
する事が出来、その取付強度が高まり、足場ボルトに強
い衝激力が加わっても剥離する恐れはない。
更に安全バンド留め金具取付孔を一体的に形成した為、
安全性が極めて高い。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ボルト孔を有する前面垂直片が略逆三角形になるよう両
    側を曲折しその自由端縁が金属柱外周面に合接するよう
    １双の側部片を形成した足場ボルト取付金具において、
    該側部片の一方を、その自由端縁をも金属柱外周面に合
    接する如く下方に延設させ、該延設部分に安全バンド止
    め金具取付孔を設けた事を特徴とする足場ボルト取付金
    具。
