Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は内燃機関のための燃料噴射ノズルであって、ノ
ズル保持体を備えており、同ノズル保持体に、燃料導管
に接続されるニツプルを挿しはめるための接続管片が固
定されており、同接続管片とニツプルとの間にシールリ
ングが配置されている形式のものに関する。
この種の公知噴射ノズル（特開昭４８−３９８１８号公
報）では、金属製のニツプルが接続管片に差しはめられ
ており、同接続管片はノズル軸線に対して同軸的に、ノ
ズル保持体のノズル開口とは逆の側の端面に一体成形さ
れている。
この構造の欠点は、接続管片によって噴射ノズルの全長
がノズル軸線方に不都合に増大することにある。
さらにノズル保持体若しくはニツプル自体に、接続管片
からニツプルが不慮に解離するのを阻止する手段が設け
られていない。
それゆえこの構造は、燃料導管系が同様に不動に構成さ
れており、これによって接続管片に対して相対的にニツ
プルが規定の位置からずれ動かされないような装置にし
か適さない。
本発明の課題は、噴射ノズルの全長を増大せしめず、燃
料導管としてホースを使用することができ、かつ簡単な
手段によって接続管片から不慮にニツプルを解離させな
い構造を有する冒頭に述べた形式の燃料噴射ノズルを提
供することにある。
この課題を解決した本発明の要旨は特許請求の範囲に記
載した通りである。
本発明の構成によれば、ニツプルはノズル保持体自体の
全長範囲内でしか延在せず、要するに付加的な構造長さ
を要しない。
ノズル保持体の外周部に設けた切欠内にニツプルを配置
したことによって、ニツプルを不慮にノズル保持体から
解離させない手段を簡単にノズル保持体自体に配置若し
くは固定することができ、その上、必要ならば設けるこ
とのできる緊定ねじを接続管片によって妨げられずノズ
ル保持体に差しはめて規定位置へ移動させることができ
る。
ニツプルは有利にはプラスチックから成りかつ直径方向
で互いに対向して位置する２つのホース取付け口を備え
ることができる。
次に図示の実施例につき本発明を説明する。
部分的にしか示さないノズル保持体１を有する燃料噴射
ノズルが、緊定ねじ２およびばねリング３によって機関
（図示せず）に緊定されている。
ノズル保持体１の内部（図示せず）には導管が通じてお
り、該導管は接続管片４内に開口しており、該接続管片
４上にはホースニツプル５が差しはめられている。
接続管片４とホースニツプル５との，間にはシールのた
めのＯリング６が備えており、該Ｏリング６は接続管片
４の環状みぞ７内に嵌入されている。
接続管片４はノズル保持体１の側部に設けた切欠８内に
ノズル軸線に対して外部から軸線に向かって斜め下向き
に配置されている。
この切欠８は互いに直角な側面９と端面１０とを備えて
おり、側面９は接続管片４の軸線に対して平行に延在し
ている。
接続管片４は切欠８の端面から突出している。
切欠８の側面には、接続管片４上に差しはめられたホー
スニツプル５の外周面が接触している。
接続管片４からホースニツプル５が滑落するのを阻止す
るために、ノズル保持体１の狭められた部分の囲りにば
ねリング１１が配置されている。
側面９がノズル軸線に対して傾斜していることによって
、側面９に支持されたばねリング１１は接続管片４への
方向で作用してホースニツプル５を端面１０に圧着する
。
第２図に示すように、ホースニツプル５は２つのホース
取付け口１２を有しており、該ホース取付け口１２には
、燃料容器または別のノズルへ通じる漏れホースが差し
はめられる。
切欠８および接続管片４は、ホースニツプル５の取外し
後に、接続管片４によって妨げられることなく切欠８を
介して緊定ねじ２を引抜くことができるように形成され
ている。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 内燃機関のための燃料噴射ノズルであって、ノズル
    保持体を備えており、同ノズル保持体に、燃料導管に接
    続されるニツプルを挿しはめるための接続管片が固定さ
    れており、同接続管片とニツプルとの間にシールリング
    が配置されている形式のものにおいて、燃料導管さして
    役立つホースを接続するために前記ニツプル５が少なく
    とも１つのホース取付け口１２を有しており、前記接続
    管片４が、ノズル保持体１の側部に設けた切欠８内にノ
    ズル軸線に対して斜めに配置されており、同切欠８が前
    記接続管片４の軸線に対して平行に延在する側面９を有
    しており、かつ、前記ニツプル５が、少なくとも、挿し
    はめ方向でみて後方に位置して前記ホース取付け口１２
    を支持している終端部分では前記切欠８の前記側面９に
    接触しており、かつ、ニツプル５が、切欠８範囲でノズ
    ル保持体を抱締めたばねリング１１によってずれ動かな
    いように固定されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射ノズ
    ル。
