Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はワンタッチ式組立箱に関し、詳しくは側端およ
び底端が互に接する前後側壁からなり、これら側壁の上
端のほぼ中央部から底端にかけて一定の長さの折線を設
け、その折線の先端から底端の両隅部にかけて割れた２
条の折線を設けたワンタッチ式組立箱に関する。
従来よりワンタッチ式組立箱は数多く提案されている。
しかし、これまでのワンタッチ式組立箱はその構造が複
雑で意外と製箱に費用がかかるのが普通であった。
本考案の目的は、構造並びに組立操作が極めて簡単で、
しかも安価につくることのできるワンタッチ組立箱を提
供することにある。
すなわち本考案は、底端及び側端が折線を介して連結し
ている前後側壁からなり、前後側壁の各々の上端のほぼ
中央部から底端に向けてほぼ垂直の一定の長さの折線が
設けられ、さらにその折線の終点から底端の両隅部にか
けて二つの折線が設けられてなるワンタッチ式組立箱で
ある。
図面によって本考案を説明すると、第１図は本考案の一
実施例の展開図であり、側壁１，２を折線３を介して設
け、側壁１，２にはそれらの上端のほは沖央部から底端
にかけてほぼ垂直で一定の長さをもつ折線８が設けられ
、さらに折線８の下方先端から底端の両隅部にかけて二
条の折線９，１０が設けられている。
また一方の側壁２（又は１）の側方には折線４を介して
のり代５が、下方には折線６を介してのり代７が連設さ
れている。
この箱はのり代５を側壁１の内側に、のり代７を側壁１
の内側にそれぞれ貼着することによってつくられる。
こうしてつくられた箱は第２図に示されたように平扁状
を呈する。
なお、この組立箱は第１図に示したごとき展開図のもの
でなく、例えば第４図に示すような展開図のものであっ
てもよい 第４図に示す展開図のものを組立てるには、折紙６によ
って前後側壁１，２を折り曲げ、次いで折り紙５，５に
よりのり代５，５を側壁２に接着させる。
こうしてつくられた箱を実際に組立てるには、第２図に
示した箱の両側端を単に内側に押すだけで第３図に示す
ような四面体状の容器ができあがる。
この場合、折線８は突出された格好で底端と十文字に交
わるようになる。
ここで折線９，１０の交点より上方の範囲には内部歪力
が働き、その範囲にある側壁１と側壁２との内面が合わ
され、金具等を用いなくとも箱の上部が固定される。
なお、折線８の長さを短かくすれば、上記内面の合わさ
れるところが小さくなるが逆に四面体状の容器部分は大
きなものとなる。
第５図は底端の両隅部から上方に彎曲した折線１１が設
けられたものである。
この箱体を起立させると第６図（斜視図）、第７図（正
面図）のように底部が内方に彎曲したようになる。
第８図、第９図は折線８の位置に対し対称位置に任意の
形状の孔１２を穿設したものである。
これを組立てると、その孔が合わさって指を差込んで携
帯が容易となる。
また第１０図、第１１図に示すようにひも１３を取りつ
けてもよい。
本考案の材料は厚紙、アルミフォイル紙、硬質プラスチ
ック、硬質皮革等の材料が使用できる。
本考案は製造が容易で内容物を入れる前は平たくなるの
で大量の一度期の搬入出に好適である。
このものは、テ゛パート売場等の簡易紙袋代用品として
、また包装容器、カバン、バンドバック等に使用できる
。

  1. 底端及び側端が折線を介して連結している前後側壁１，
    ２からなり、前後側壁１，２の各基の上端のほぼ中央部
    から底端に向けてほぼ垂直の一定の長さの折線８が設け
    られ、さらにその折線８の終点から底端の両隅部にかけ
    て二つ折線９，１０が設けられてなるワンタッチ式組立
    箱。
