Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、一度開封された容器を再ひ閉じることのでき
る、蓋付き容器に係る。
この蓋は容器を閉塞するように設けられている。
この閉塞は、例えば、蓋の周縁部が容器本体の開口部の
フランジの周辺部分に固着され、このフランジの周辺部
分が蓋と共に容器本体から分離されるように構成されて
いることによって得られる。
最初に閉鎖された充填済み容器において、前記蓋は容器
本体の開口端のフランジに例えば接合や接着により固着
される。
容器本体のフランジには切離し用弱部が設けられており
、この弱部は、蓋の周縁部が固着されたフランジの部分
よりフランジの内側の領域に位置する。
容器を開封する時、弱部に於いて接続が剥ぎとられて、
蓋と、この蓋に固着しているフランジの弱部より外方に
位置する部分とが、実質上の容器本体から分離される。
この種の容器は□バク、バク−、マーガリン及び同様の
商品用のビーカー状や箱状のパッケージとして使用する
ことができる。
この種の容器は種種様々な高さと形状が可能であり、又
、例えば円形、長方形、又は長円形とすることもできる
。
さらに応用すると、調理済料理用の皿やボールのように
極端に平坦な形の容器とすることもできる。
こうした例に於いて、容器は広く平坦な蓋で閉じる極端
に広い開口部をもっている。
上記の如き種類の容器は一度充填密封されると、容器は
最初のユーザーに気付かれずに全体的又は部分的に不当
に開封されることがないようにする必要性が極めて高い
。
特に薄壁熱可塑性容器に関しては、このようなデザイン
では安全に閉鎖することが不可能なために、前記安全性
を確保することは現在公知の技術では困難であった。
任意に使用される容器に関する限り、このような容器の
開口部は例えばプラスチック製の薄い蓋やプラスチック
−金属複合製の薄い蓋を開口部の縁に置いて閉塞してい
るので、不当に開封される等の問題は生じない。
しかし、はじめに閉鎖乃至閉塞されているこのような充
填済み容器は開封の際、前記薄い蓋は破りとられるので
、この容器を再ひ閉じるための蓋として再使用すること
ができない。
本発明は前記諸点に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的
とするところは、容器のはじめの閉鎖が気付かないうち
に破られないための安全性を確保し得、容器を簡単匣利
に開放し得る上に、容器を確実に再閉塞し得る蓋付き容
器を提供することにある。
即ち、本発明の蓋付き容器は、容器本体と蓋とによって
構成されており、容器本体が容器本体の上部から外方向
に伸長するフランジを有しており、該フランジには切離
し用弱部が形成されており、蓋の下面がフランジの弱部
より外方上面に固着されており、蓋には容器本体の上部
内面に密接している下向面が設けられており、容器を開
くべく、＠記弱部が切離される際、フランジの弱部より
外方であって蓋の下面に固着している部分が容器本体か
ら分離され、蓋には、この分離された前記フランジの部
分の内縁と前記下向面との間で凹所が形成されると共に
、前記分離後に露呈される容器本体の上部の端部がこの
凹所に対応しており、この容器本体の上部の端部が、容
器の再閉塞に際して、前記凹所に嵌合されるように構成
されている。
本発明により得られる利点は、商品の最初の使用者が容
器を開封する時に感じる抵抗で、その容器が当初閉鎖さ
れていたことにすぐ気付くことである。
本発明により処理中の無意識の開封を防ぐこともでき、
同時に使用者は容器が全部又は部分的に開封されている
か否かに直ちに気付く。
さらにその上、本発明による容器と蓋との結合は、開封
された容器を着脱自在に再閉塞できるふたで細度でも再
閉鎖することができるという利点をもたらす。
即ち、本発明の蓋付き容器は、容器を開くべく、切離し
用弱部が切り離される際、蓋には、分離されたフランジ
の部分の内縁と前記下向面との間で凹所が形ｗ、され、
容器の再閉塞に際して、この凹所に容器本体の上部の端
部が嵌合されるため、容器が確実に再閉塞され得、再閉
塞時、蓋が不用意に容器本体から抜けるような事態を確
実に防止し得る上に、容器内に液体を収容し、容器が傾
けられるような場合でも、蓋の下向面が容器本体の上部
内面に密接しているため、容器内に収容された液体が、
容器本体と蓋との間から漏れるような事態を可及的に防
止し得る。
加えて、本発明では、容器本体の上部から外方向に伸長
するフランジに切離し用弱部が形成されており、蓋の下
面がフランジの弱部より外方上面に固着されており、容
器を開くべく、前記弱部が切り離される際、フランジの
弱部より外方であって蓋の下面に固着している部分が容
器本体から分離されるため、このフランジの部分を、容
器の使用者が指等で上方に押圧または引張れば、容器を
簡単便利に開放し得る上に、容器の再閉塞にあたっては
、容器の使用者が前記フランジの部分及びこの部分に固
着した蓋を指等でつまんで、蓋に設けられた前記下向面
を容器本体の上部内面に沿わせながら、この下向面を案
内面として機能させつつこの下向面を介して蓋を容器本
体上に良好且つ迅速に被着させ得、前記凹所に容器本体
の上部の端部を確実に嵌合させ得る。
しかもその後の容器の再開放にあたっては、再び指等で
＠記フランジの部分を上方に押圧または引張れば、容器
を簡単便利にワンタッチで再開放し得る。
その上、容器の再閉塞は、分離されたフランジの部分の
内縁と前記下向面との間で形成された凹所に、容器本体
の上部の端部が嵌合して行われるため、容器の再開放−
再閉塞を繰り返した場合でも前記嵌合が弛むようなこと
はなく、容器の再閉塞が長期に渡って確実に達成され得
る。
更に、容器本体の肉厚が比較的薄肉に形成されている場
合には、容器本体の上部内面に密接している蓋の下向面
が、容器本体の上部内面で規定される容器本体の開口部
の形状を保持し得、容器の開放、再閉塞及び再開放時、
前記容器本体の開口部が使用者の把持力のために変形し
容器内に収容された液体が容器外へと漏れたりする等の
問題を確実に解消し得る。
また本発明の容器では、容器本体の上部から外方向に伸
長するフランジに切離し用弱部が形成されているため、
容器内に収容し得る液体の量が制限されるようなことを
すくシ得、しかも最初に容器を密封する場合、容器内に
形成されがちな空気層をほぼ確実になくし得、容器内に
収容される液体としてのミルク等の飲料の長期保存を確
実に行い得る。
本発明の好ましい具体例によると、蓋の周縁部が超音波
溶着によって容器本体のフランジの周辺部分に溶着され
る。
この周縁部あるいは周辺部分には、突起か設けられる。
蓋と容器本体を接合する時、容器本体のフランジは支持
工具により支持され、同時に蓋の周縁部に超音波発生装
置即ちソノトロラドが使用される。
ソノトロラドから振動が蓋を通して突起に伝播して、蓋
と本体のフランジとの溶着がこの突起において開始され
、容器本体と蓋とは一つに結合される。
舌状物等の如き把手の形状の分離開封手段が、蓋の周縁
部または容器本体のフランジに隣接して設けられる。
容器本体には注入口を設けることもできる。
切離し用弱部が容器本体フランジの幾分内側に設けられ
る例に於いては、この弱部は注入口を通過する。
この例に於いて、注入口は容器を開封しやすくするため
にも使用され得る。
即ち、軸方向の圧力が容器の注入口上で蓋に加えられる
と、これにより弱部は切離されて、容器の開封が開始す
る。
以下本発明の好ましい具体例を図面に基いて説明してゆ
く。
第１ａ図〜第４図に示す如く、容器１０は容器本体９を
有しており、容器本体９の上部外周から外方向にフラン
ジ１３が延設されており、フランジ１３には切離し用弱
部としての環状薄肉部１６が設けられている。
フランジ１３の薄肉部１６より外側の周辺部分は転移部
分１２を構成している。
この転移部分１２の上面には突起としての溶着部１５が
形成されている。
蓋３０は中央の凹部３３と周縁部３１とを有しており、
蓋３０の下向面としての凹部３３の外周面は容器本体９
の開口部１１の内周面にぴったりと嵌合するように形成
されている。
周縁部３１の下面が転移部分１２の上面に溶着部１５で
浴着され、容器本体９と蓋３０とは固着される。
この際容器１０内には内容物が収納されている。
このように構成された蓋付き容器において、最初の使用
者はフランジ１３の転移部分１２を上方へ押圧すること
によって、薄肉部１６を切り離すことにより、転移部分
１２を容器本体９から分離し得、転移部分１２が容器１
０から蓋３０へと転移され、蓋３０は容器本体９から完
全に分離される。
即ちこの蓋付き容器の最初の使用者は蓋３０と共に転移
部分１２をつまんで上方へと引っばることによって、転
移部分１２を蓋３０へと転移せしめ得、容器１０は開放
される。
容器１０はプラスチック材料等からなり、切離し用薄肉
部１６は容易に切り離し得る。
容器を開放した場合、第３図に示すように、蓋３０には
、転移部分１２の内縁と中央凹部３３の外周面との間で
凹所３５が形成される。
そして容器本体９の上部の端部３６がこの凹所３５に対
応して形成される０ この容器の使用者が、容器１０内に収納された内容物の
一部を取出し、再度容器を閉塞する際、薄肉部１６の切
断によって形成された、蓋３０の凹所３５と、転移部分
１２が転移された後の容器本体９の上部の端部３６とは
相互に対応する形状を呈するため、蓋３０の凹部３３の
外周面を容器本体９の開口部１１の内周面に摺動させ、
案内面として機能させながら蓋３０を容器本体９上へと
押し込めば、前記２つの対応する凹所３５と端部３６と
が互いに着脱自在に嵌合され、容器は再閉塞される。
従って容器の再閉塞及び再開放が簡単便利に行われ得る
。
蓋３０の凹部３３の底部は断面形状が略Ｗ字状に形成さ
れているが、凹部３３がこのような形状を有することに
よって、蓋３０の大きな変形が防止されている。
また第２ｂ図に示す如く、蓋３０の周縁部３１の端部に
はこの端部より下方向に一体的に周辺リブ５０が延設さ
れていても良く、この周辺リブ５０によって蓋３０が補
強されると共に、容器本体９のフランジ１３の端面即ち
転移部分１２の端面が保護され、転移部分１２自体も補
強される。
この結果、例えば容器の取り扱いや積み重ねに関連して
蓋の周縁部３１に力が加わる際でも、切離し用薄肉部１
６における接続部分にある程度の保護がもたらされる。
またこの周辺リブ５０によって蓋３０及び転移部分１２
の美観も保証される。
第５図〜第γ図には容器１０及び容器１０の上方に位置
する蓋３０の斜視図が示されている。
第５図及び第１図に示すごとく、フランジ１３の端面又
は蓋３０の端面に把手１γ又は３２を一体的に延設して
も良く、容器本体９に蓋３０が固着される際、把手１１
又は３２が夫々蓋３０の端面又はフランジ１３の端面よ
り突出しており、この把手１γ又は３２を使用者がつま
んで上方へ引くことにより容器１０は開封される。
蓋３０に把手３２を延設する際、転移部分１２と周縁部
３１とはより確実に固着しておく。
蓋３０と容器本体９との固着は第８図〜第１０図に示す
如く行われる。
容器本体９のフランジ１３を支持工具４０上で担持させ
、このフランジ１３上に蓋３０を配置し、蓋３０の周縁
部３１をフランジ１３の溶着部１５上で支持させ、その
上から超音波装置、即ちソノトロラド（５ｏｎｏｔｒｏ
ｄ）４１を載置して超音波溶着を行う。
即ちソノトロラド４１によって周縁部３１を溶着部１５
上に押しつけ、超音波振動を加え、この振動が蓋３０を
経て、溶着部１５に伝達される結果、蓋３０とフランジ
１３の転移部分１２との溶着が溶着部１５において開始
され、フランジ１３の転移部分１２と周縁部３１とが溶
着される。
この溶着によって固着された部分を溶着箇所３４として
示している。
従って、本発明の蓋付き容器によれば、容器本体のフラ
ンジの弱部より外方の部分即ち転移部分に蓋を固着する
ことによって容器は蓋で確実に閉鎖され得、容器を開封
する際は蓋と共に前記転移部分を容器から蓋へと転移せ
しめ得、転移部分が転移された後の蓋に形成される凹所
と、容器本体の端部との嵌合により、容器は蓋によって
何度でも閉塞され得、容器は確実に再閉塞及び再開放さ
れ得る。
また使用者が転移部分の内縁及び容器本体の端部とで指
等を損傷せしめられる危険性も可及的に防止される。
尚、本発明において前述の超音波溶着を行わない際は転
移部分１２と周縁部３１とを公知の固着手段によって固
着すれば良い。
その際溶着部１５は設ける必要はない。
また前述の具体例においては、容器の断面形状を円形に
形成したが、本発明による蓋付き容器は円形に限定され
るものではなく、長方形、長円形等の公知の容器の形状
を含んでいる。
また本発明による蓋付き容器は、当初密封されている容
器も含んでいるが、必ずしも密封容器に限定されるもの
でもない。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 容器本体と蓋とによって構成されている蓋付き容器
    であって、容器本体が容器本体の上部から外方向に伸長
    するフランジを有しており、該フランジには切離し用弱
    部が形成されており、蓋の下面がフランジの弱部より外
    方上面に固着されており、蓋には容器本体の上部内面に
    密接している下向面が設けられており、容器を開くべく
    、前記弱部が切離される際、フランジの弱部より外方で
    あって蓋の下面に固着している部分が容器本体から分離
    され、蓋には、この分離された前記フランジの部分の内
    縁と前記下向面との間で凹所が形成されると共に、＠記
    分離後に露呈される容器本体の上部の端部がこの凹所に
    対応しており、この容器本体の上部の端部が、容器の再
    閉塞に際して、前記凹所に嵌合されるように構成されて
    いる蓋付き容器。 ２ 蓋の下向面が、容器本体の上部内面で規定される容
    器本体の開口部の形状を保持するように構成されている
    ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の蓋付き
    容器。 ３ 蓋が中央凹部と周縁部とを有しており、周縁部の下
    面が、容器本体のフランジの弱部より外方上面に固着さ
    れており、中央四部の外周面が前記下向面を規定してお
    り、この外周面が容器本体の上部内面に密接するように
    形成されていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項
    または第２項に記載の蓋付き容器。 ４ 蓋が容器本体に固着される際、蓋の端面とフランジ
    の端面とが同一鉛直面上に位置していることを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲第１項乃至第３項のいずれかに記載の
    蓋付き容器。 ５ 蓋の端部より一体的に下方向に周辺リブが延設され
    ており、蓋が容器本体に固着される際、この周辺リブが
    フランジの端面を覆うことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲
    第１項乃至第３項のいずれかに記載の蓋付き容器。 ６ 把手がフランジの端面から一体的に延設されており
    、蓋が容器本体に固着される際、この把手が蓋の端面よ
    り突出していることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項
    乃至第５項のいずれかに記載の蓋付き容器。 γ 把手が蓋の端面から一体的に延設されており、蓋が
    容器本体に固着される際、この把手がフランジの端面よ
    り突出していることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項
    乃至第５項のいずれかに記載の蓋付き容器。 ８ フランジの弱部より外方上面に突起が設けられてお
    り、蓋が容器本体に固着される際、前記突起に対して蓋
    の下面が押しつけられ、蓋と容器本体のフランジとの溶
    着がこの突起において開始されることを特徴とする特許
    請求の範囲第１項乃至第１項のいずれかに記載の蓋付き
    容器。 ９ 容器本体の横断面形状が円形であることを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲第１項乃至第８項のいずれかに記載の
    蓋付き容器。 １０ 蓋が容器本体に固着される際・容器は密封される
    ことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項乃至第９項のい
    ずれかに記載の蓋付き容器。
