Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は備品及び袋状詰物のための回転装置に関、する
。
備品又は詰め装置によって充填された袋物などをベルト
コンベヤを用いて荷積み位置ま１搬型が要求され、従っ
て荷積み位置までの搬送中可能とすることが必要とされ
る。
回転アーム又は回転装置を有するコンベヤ又はローラ規
道から成る、備品又は袋物を回動させるための装置が公
知である。しかし従来公知の装置は作業が不正確↑かつ
壊れ易い物を破損することがある。更に例えばプラスチ
ック製の袋物などの回動は、そのコンベヤ上〒の高い摩
擦係数故に不可能である。
本発明の課題は上記欠点を取ジ除くことであり、この課
題は、回転十字体又は回転テーブルがコンベヤ又は類似
の搬送装置の間に配置されていることによって解決され
た。
次に図示の実施例につき本発明を説明する。
図示の回転十字体又は回転テーブル１から成る本発明に
よる回転装置は、例えば多くのローラから成る規道やコ
ンベヤ又は類似の搬送装置などの搬送兼搬出用の装置の
間に配置されている。該回転装置はローラ又はＶベルト
又は類似の装置などの駆動される又は駆動されない搬送
部材３を受容するための切欠き２を有しており、そして
回転十字体又は回転テーブルが持上げられた後か、又は
回転範囲内に配置された前記搬送部材が引き下げられた
後に該回転装置が回転運動するようになっている。
詰め物品に必要に応じた゛９０°回動を与えるこの装置
の本発明における新しい点は、円弧状の切欠き５を有し
上方部分は中空になった軸４上に配置された回転十字体
又は回転テーブルと、それに対応して回転範囲内に配置
された搬送部材とによるものである。
物品の回動は、搬送を行なうべき搬送装置が該物品を回
転装置上の正確な位置にもたらしめ、そして回転装置が
持上げられるか又は回転範囲内に位置する搬送部材が引
−ドげられた後に行なわれる。この回動後に回転装置及
び（又は）搬送部材はその所定の出発位置に戻り、セし
て当該の回動された物品はその回転範囲から搬出せしめ
られる。

図面は本発明の１実施例を示すものであって、第１図は
本装置を横から見た図、第２図は上から見た図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　備品及び袋状詰物のための回転装置において、回転
    十字体又は回転テーブルがコンベヤ又は類似の搬送装置
    の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、備品のための
    回転装置。 ２　回転十字体又は回転テーブルが複数の切欠きを有し
    ている、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の回転装置。 ３　回転十字体又は回転テーブルの軸の上方部分が中空
    軸として形成されておりかつこの部分内に円弧状の切欠
    きが設けられている、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の回転
    装置。 ４　回転十字体又は回転テーブルの各切欠き内に、互い
    に離れておりかつ駆動されるか又は非駆動である複数の
    搬送部材（ローラ又は類似のもの）が配置されており、
    その内の１つの搬送部材の軸が回転十字体又は回転テー
    ブルの中空軸部分の円弧状切欠きを通って案内されてお
    りかつその回転十字体又は回転テーブルの中央で当該の
    搬送部材（ローラ又は類似のもの）を保持している、特
    許請求の範囲第１項記載の回転装置。 ５　回転十字体又は回転テーブル及び（又は）回転範囲
    内に位置する各搬送部材が垂直方向可動なように配置さ
    れている、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の回転装置。
