Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、式 〔式中、Ｒ８及びＲ１はエチル又は舊−プロピルを示し
１．及びＲ１はメチル、エチル、又は鴨−プロピルを゛
示す〕 の少くとも２種の異なる染料の混合物であって、但し混
合物が上式の且つＲ１が５−プロビルヲ表わす少くとも
１種の染料成分を含有する、該混合物に関する。
Ｒト５ｍ５−プロピルを有する成分の重量割合は３０〜
８０−である。
好適な混合物は、１つの成分のＲ畠がメチルを表わし且
つ他の成分のＲｓが５−プロピルを表わすという条件下
に％Ｒ１及びＲ，がエチルを示す式（りの２種の成分か
らなる。
好ましくは、Ｒ＠　＝％−ｆロピルを有する成分の重量
割合はすべての混合物においてｇｏ−ｓ。
−である。非常に４Ｉに好適なものに、この成分を７０
〜９０％の最小割合で含む。
新規な染料混合物は下記の種々の方法で製造できる：即
ち １、別々に製造し且つ精製し九個々の染料成分を混合す
る、 ２　別々に製造した個々の成分を一緒に調製する、１　
別々Ｋｌｕ造した２、６−ジブロム染料を一緒に「シア
ン化」し、続いて調製する、そして好ましくは 表　α）　ジアゾ化し九２．６−ジプロムー４−二トロ
アニリンを、式 ％式％ のア、＝ｌ）ンの、上述に対応する混合物に同時にカッ
プリングさせ、 ｂ）得られるジブレム染料を一緒に「シアン化」し、且
つ Ｃ）−緒に仕上ける、 ことによって製造できる。
オルトハロｒノアゾ染料の「シアン化」及び得られるジ
シアノ染料そのものは一般に公知である（参照、蝕国特
許第しＳ４４５６８号−米国特許第＆９６４２０９号、
及び独国公開特許第亀００亀６３５号）。
仕上げもそれ自体公知の方法で行なわれる。
新規な染料混合物はポリエステル及びセルロースエステ
ル繊維の染色に適当であシ、’！’ＩＫ深い色相への染
色及び短かい染色時間の場合ＫＩＯ・〜１３０℃の範口
内における親和性の着るしい低温度依存性が特色である
。この点に関し、それらは個々の成分ばか夛で麦く、最
も類似の対比しうる公知の混合物（参照、′独国公開第
λ１１Ｂ４４＠Ｉ！号）よシ屯優れている。
それ故に特許請求した混合物は、芳香族４リエステルか
ら作られ九織物或い社芳香族−リエステル及びセルロー
スから作られた又は芳香族４リエステル及び羊毛から作
られた混紡織物を、特に経済的な及びエネルギ節約的な
方法で染色する丸めに使用できる。その理由は、最適な
染料収率を得るために１．染色渉度を低下させることが
でき、或いはその温度に短時間維持すればよいからでる
る。
この優れ九経済性は、色相を強い深さまで染色する場合
、即ち染料費が全染色費の特に大きな部分となる場合に
特に明白となる。
本発明−よる染料混合物社、芳香族ポリエステル及び天
然繊維からの混紡織物、特にポリエステル／羊毛混合物
の染色に特別な利点も従供する。
それは公知の個々の染料及びこの染料棟の混合物と比較
して、羊毛部分の汚れに関して高い着色収率と利点とを
与える。この利点は、例えば標準的なものの２倍の染料
濃度で深い染色物を調製することを意図する場合に特に
重要である。
次の実施例において、部は重飯部である。
実施例１ 式Ａの染料５部、式Ｂの染料ｌｏｇ、及び弐Ｃの染料３
５部の混合物を水中に懸濁させ、市販のリグニンスルホ
ネート５０部の存在下にピースミル中で微分散させ、次
−いで噴霧乾燥した。
市販の担体５　Ｆ／ｌを含有し且つ燐酸ナトリウム及び
酢酸でｐＨ値也５にした染色浴を用いて、ポリエチレン
テレフタレート５５％及び羊毛４ｓ−の混紡布１００ｉ
１ｓを上述の染料処方物Ｏ，Ｓ部で１００℃下に３０分
間染色し九。
織布のポリエステル部４は完全に青色に染色され、一方
羊毛部分は僅かｉしか汚れなかった。染色した物質は良
好な光及び湿潤堅牢性を示した。
実施例２ 染料ＡＩ□部及び染料Ｃ４０部の混合物をリグニンスル
ホネート５０部の存在下に水性染料分散液に転化し、次
いでこれを噴霧乾燥しえ。
得られた粉末α５部を用いて、４リエステル及び羊毛の
混紡布１００部を実施例１に記述し九方法で染色した。
この場合にも、布のポリエステル部分は完全な青色に染
色され、一方羊毛の部分は僅かしか汚れなかった。この
織布物質は良好な光及び湿潤堅牢性を示した。
次の混合物を用いたとき、同様の結果を得え。
実施例３ Ａ６部十Ｂｌｏ部＋（１’２ｓ部＋ＤＩ（１部実施例４ Ｃｏｏ部十Ｅ２０部 実施例５ Ｃ２５部＋Ｅｘｓ部＋７１０部 上述の染料成分は次の構造を有する： ＣＮ　　　！ＷＢＣＯＣＨ。
実施例６ 実施？Ｉ＋２に言及した染料粉末１部を用いて、純粋な
ポリエチレンテレフタレート織布１００部を１１０℃下
に３０分以内で染色し友。この結果良好な湿潤及び光堅
牢性の完全に青色の染色物が得られた。
実施例？ 実施例４に記述した染料混合物α６部を用いて、ポリエ
チレンテレフタレー）６５％及び木綿３ｇ＋−の混紡布
１００部を１１０℃下に３０分以内で染色した。ポリエ
ステル部分は完全な青色に染色され、一方木綿は僅かし
か汚れなかつ九、この光及び湿潤堅牢性は良好であった
。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １１式 〔式中、Ｒ１及びＲ１はエチル又は悌−プロビルを下し
    、及びＲｓはメチル、エチル又は舊−プロビルを示す〕 の少くとも２種の興なる染料の扁合物であって、但し混
    合物が上式の且つＲ８′が覚−プロビルを表わす少く・
    とも１１１の染料成分を含有する、諌混合物。 ２式 ０２種の染料からなる特許請求の範囲第１項記載の混合
    物。 λ　上式の且つＲｒ／Ｒ嘗−エチル及びＲ１−５−プロ
    ビルの染料の重量割合が３０〜８０−である特許請求の
    範囲第１又は２項記載の混合物。 未　上式の且つＲ１／Ｒ１−エチル及びＲａ　−ｎ−プ
    ロビルの染料の重量割合が５０〜９０−である特許請求
    の範鞠第１又は２項記載の混合物。 翫　Ｅ式の且りＡｓ／Ｒｓ−エチ・ル及びＲ，−ｎ−プ
    ロピルの染料の重量割合が７０〜會〇−である特許請求
    のｍ暉第１又は２填記載の混合物。 ＆　ポリエステル又はセルロースエステル繊維、或いは
    これらの織雑と羊毛及び／又はセルロース瞭維との混合
    物を染色するために特許請求の範囲第１〜５項記載の混
    合物を使用すること。
