    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 透明絶縁基板上に所望のパターンを有する透明電極を被
    着しその上に絶縁層を介して発光層および対向電極を積
    層してなる薄膜エレクトロミネツセンス素子において、
    透明電極のパターン間の間隙を透明電極とほぼ同一膜厚
    の充填用絶縁層で埋めたことを特徴とする薄膜エレクト
    ロミネツセンス素子。
