- 透明電極と背面電極との間に発光層及び誘電体
層を介在せしめると共に防湿フイルムにより被覆
して成るＥＬ素子において、上記背面電極上に絶
縁物質で成る表示パターンを形成したことを特徴
とするＥＬ素子。
