Claims (1)
- 背面電極、反射絶縁層、発光層及び透明電極を
順次積層してなる電界発光素子の背面電極側に金
属フイルムを背面電極と絶縁した状態で貼着し、
上記透明電極と金属フイルムを電界発光素子のリ
ード導出方向に延在し、その延在部間から共通の
リードを導出すると共に背面電極からリードを上
記延在部と絶縁した状態で導出して外皮フイルム
にて上下から挾着して気密封止したことを特徴と
する電界発光灯。
