Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 背面電極と透明電極により絶縁層、発光層を挾
持した電界発光素子を背面電極及び透明電極から
リードを導出して外皮フイルムで密閉封止した電
界発光灯において、 発光層を多層構造とし、下地層を大粒子蛍光体
層とし、順次上層に下層より小粒子の蛍光体層を
設けたことを特徴とする電界発光灯。
