- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 背面電極上に絶縁層、蛍光体層、透明導電層を
順次積層し、防水性の外皮フイルムで挾んで封止
した電界発光灯において、 前記透明導電層が蛍光顔料を含有する透明導電
色変換層であることを特徴とする電界発光灯。
