- 背面電極上に絶縁層、発光層及び透明電極を順
次積層し、捕水フイルム、防湿フイルムを重ねて
シールした厚膜ＥＬ素子において、前面側の防湿
フイルムを背面側の防湿フイルムより厚くしたこ
とを特徴とする厚膜ＥＬ素子。
