  1. （１）透明絶縁基板に形成した透明導電膜上に少なくと
    も発光層と背面電極層と背面絶縁物層とを積層形成し、
    前記透明導電膜と背面電極層からリードを導出してなる
    ＥＬにおいて、 前記各リードが導電性粘着剤付き金属箔テープを透明導
    電膜および背面電極層に接着して形成されていることを
    特徴とするＥＬｏ
  2. （２）前記各リードが透明絶縁基板の表面側に折り曲げ
    て粘着されている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項
    記載のＥＬｏ
  3. （３）前記透明絶縁基板および背面絶縁層が透明ガラス
    基板である、実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項または
    第（２）項記載のＥＬｏ
