  1. 基板上に第１の電極層、第１の絶縁層、発光層、第２の
    絶縁層、第２電極層を順に積層してなる薄膜ＥＬパネル
    において、基板の周辺部に、基板となじみのよい金属を
    被着して電極引出し層を形成し、この電極引出し層に第
    １及び第２の電極層を接続したことを特徴とする薄膜Ｅ
    Ｌパネル。
