Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 発光層を絶縁層で挾持した２重絶縁膜構造の薄膜ＥＬパ
    ネルであって透明なガラス基板上に複数本の直線状の電
    極子にパターニングされた透明電極層を、更にその上に
    Ｓｉ３Ｎ４若しくはＳｉＯ□およびＳｉ３Ｎ４の複合薄
    膜を数１００Ａの膜厚に形成し、更に誘電率の高い絶縁
    材料より成る第１の絶縁層と発光層と前記第１の絶縁層
    と同じ材料より成る第２の絶縁層を順次形成し、該第２
    の絶縁層上にＳｉ３Ｎ、若しくはＳｉＯ２とＳｉ３Ｎ、
    の複合薄膜を形成し、該最上層のＳｉＯ□の層上に前記
    透明電極の電極子と直角に交差するように複数本の直線
    状の電極子にパターニングされた背面電極層を形成した
    ことを特徴とする薄膜ＥＬパネル。
