Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透光性基板上にストライプ電極を形成して
なる薄膜ＥＬ素子に於いて、該ストライプ電極の
表面を有機樹脂でコーテイングしたことを特徴と
する薄膜ＥＬ素子。 (2) 前記有機樹脂が、ポリイミド系樹脂、ポリ
イミドシリコン系樹脂および感光性ポリイミド樹
脂の群から選ばれた絶縁性樹脂である、実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の薄膜ＥＬ素子。 (3) 前記ポリイミド系樹脂が直鎖状ポリイミド
または梯子状ポリイミドである実用新案登録請求
の範囲第２項に記載の薄膜ＥＬ素子。
