Claims (1)
２のトランジスタから成り、第１のトランジスタのベー
スに第１の入力信号第２のトランジスタのベースにハイ
レベル又はロウレベルの切換信号が加えられる第１の入
力スイッチ回路と、この第１の入力スイッチ回路と同様
な形に第３、第４のトランジスタ及び第２の定電流源で
形成され第３のトランジスタのベースに９Ｊｔ’Ａ信号
、’４４のトランジスタのベースに第２の入力信号が加
えられる第２の入力スイッチ回路と、前記第１、第２の
入力スイッチ回路を形成するトランジスタの各共通エミ
ッタがそれぞれベースに接続され、かつ前記第１乃至第
４のトランジスタとは極性（ＰＮＰ又はＮＰＮ形）が異
なる第５、第６のトランジスタを有しその共通エミッタ
が第３の定電流源に接続されるとともに出力導出端とし
て用いられる出力スイッチ回路とを具備したことを特徴
