Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は顕微鏡対物レンズ、４！に開口数Ｏ，ＺＳ。
倍率１０Ｘ及び約２４−の平坦な書視野を有する顕微鏡
対物レンズに関連すゐ０本発明の顕微鏡対物レンズは通
常の色収差０球面収差、コマ収差及び非点収差が十分に
補正されている。この対物レンズを、普通の３０ＸｉＩ
Ｉ！眼レンズ、及び米国特許＃ｌ　８８５５２８４号に
記載されていゐ長焦点距離の望遠鏡対物レンズを有する
顕微鏡に使用すると。
約２４箇の本質的に平坦な像視野が得られる◇第１図に
示す本発明の対物レンズｍはメニスカス負単レンズの第
１要素■、メニスカス正単レンズの＃Ｉ２豐素■９両凸
単レンズの第３１１嵩Ｘ、及びメニスカス正二重レンズ
の第４＊素１で構成される。この対物レンズのバラメー
メは第Ｖ＊に示され、この表でレンズの軸方向の厚さは
Ｔ・ないしＴ’、ａで示され、又軸間隔は８．ないし８
１１で示される。各レンズの半径はＲ１？ないし−で示
され、この負記号（−）は１曲車中心がレンズ頂点の物
体側にある面を示す。レンズガラスの屈折率とアツベ数
はＮＤ［９）ないしく８３．及びν（９）ないしνＩで
それぞれ示される。
焦点距離１８．２６３■を有するこの実施例のｌｌｌ１
定対物レンズの光学的数値を第■表に示す。

    単レンズ、及び第４１！素としてメニスカス正二重レン
    ズで構成される顕微鏡対物レンズ。
