Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は願黴鋺対物レンズ、％に開口数０．２５゜倍率
１０Ｘ及び約２４−の平坦な偉視野を有する顕微鏡対物
レンズに関連する０本発明の顕微鏡対物レンズガラスの
色収差１球面収差、コミ収差及び非点収差が十分に補正
されている。この対物レンズを、普通０１０Ｘ＊［しｙ
ズ、及び米国特許第３３５５２３４号に記載されている
長焦点距離の望遠鏡対物レンズを有する顕微鏡に使用す
ると、約２４−の本質的に平坦な儂視野が得られる。
第１図に示す本発明の対物レンズｍは＆！ｇ要嵩。
即チメニスカス負単し−ンズの第１１’素■、メニスカ
ス正単レンズ１／）ｔｊ４２散素■９両凸単レンズの第
３要素漕及び両凸二重レンズの第４１Ｉ素Ｗで構成され
る。この対物レンズのパラメータハ第■表に示され、こ
の表でレンズの軸方向の厚さはＴ１４ないしＴ１．で示
され、又軸間隔はｓｔｙないしＳＳＳで示される。各レ
ンズの半径は・・Ｒａ’にいし−で示され、この負記号
（−）は１曲車中心がレンズ頂点の物体側にある面を示
す。各レンズガラスの屈折率とアツベ数はＮＤ１４ない
しＮＤＱｅ、及びνα→ないしνＱｌ１９とでそれぞれ
示される。
焦点距離１８．６３８−を有するこの実施例の＊＊対物
レンズの光学的数値は第１表に示される。
