Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce an absorptive plate for solar energy of a high rate of metal adsorption and small energy emissivity by subjecting Al (alloy) to an electrolytic treatment in an alkali electrolytic bath contg. specific compositions to form the oxide film pores of ramification structure on the surface thereof then subjecting the same further to an electrolytic treatment in an electrolytic bath contg. metallic salts.
CONSTITUTION: An alkali electrolytic bath consisting of a sodium phosphate compound (e.g.; Na3PO4), hydroxide of alkaline (earth) metals[e.g.; NaOH, Mg (OH)2],and ≥ one kind of org. acids, inorg. acids or their salts is prepd. A polyhydric alcohol or fluoride may be added as an assistant in said bath. Next, Al (alloy) is electrolyzed in the alkali electrolyte controlled to 7W14pH, whereby numerous oxide film pores of 0.1W10μ depth are formed on its surface. Thence, this electrolyzed Al (alloy) is further electrolytically treated in an electrolytic bath contg. a water soluble metallic salt (e.g.; cobalt sulfate) to adsorb the metal in the above-described oxide film pores of ramification structure, whereby the intended heat absorbing plate for solar energy is produced.
